Under normal circumstances, a “first look” is not something any couple would ever forget. But what if you do it during the first snowfall of the season? Even better! Baltimore Museum of Industry is an extraordinary venue on a normal day, but when blanketed with white it really transforms into something special; the perfect setting not only for that first look, but for portraits afterwards as well.

My second shooter, Dan, and I scouted BMI early, well before our official start time, because we wanted to get some establishing photos. We were excited about the snow and we knew we wouldn’t have time for this later in the day.

The “Working Point”  sculpture, with it’s snow-covered concrete, cast iron, and industrial steel components would become an important element of many of our images.

Please enjoy the following 16 photos from December 9th, 2017. Congratulations to our wonderful bride and groom, Bailey and Matt. I’m happy that they were adventurous enough to brave the elements for some very fun and unique images.
